STC or State Transition Control is not a day to day used module.
This module allows you to define states and possible transitions (i.e. changes from one state to another) which are used in other modules.
To do this you first define states (including name and color) and after this you define the possible transitions from one state to another. For each of these transitions it is possible to define users or groups which are allowed to use this transition.
Doing so it will be possible to limit a statechange of a bug or a project to a certain group of people.
